Terms of service

Parties

These terms are a contract between you and Uncertainty Works Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17169253, 124–128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Norvilo"). By creating an account or ordering a plan you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and that you are at least 18 years old.

What Norvilo is

Norvilo is an online service that gives access, in one interface, to AI models from multiple providers through their official commercial APIs: chat, image, video and audio generation, history and projects, usage statistics and personal API keys for supported tools.

• Norvilo is independent and is not owned by or affiliated with the model providers. See Third-party models.
• Norvilo does not resell consumer subscriptions of providers (such as ChatGPT or Claude apps) and never uses other people's accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. Accounts are personal: do not share your account, API keys or access. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password, end other sessions in settings and contact us.

Plans, credits and limits

Plan contents, prices and credits are shown on the pricing page and are fixed in your order at the time of payment. Credits are deducted according to the cost of each request, which is shown before you run it. When your credits run out, requests pause until your next paid period; there are no automatic extra charges. We may apply technical rate limits to keep the service fast for everyone. Payment, cancellation and refunds are governed by Billing & refunds.

Changes to models and features

Providers update, replace and retire their models. We may replace a model with a comparable one or remove it from the catalogue. If a change materially reduces a plan you've already paid for, we will notify you and, if no comparable replacement is available, offer a proportional refund for the unused part of the period.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use policy and the usage policies of the model providers that apply to your requests.

Your content and outputs

You keep the rights to your prompts and files. You grant us the right to process them only as needed to provide the service, including sending them to the model provider. As between you and Norvilo, you own the outputs you generate, subject to the providers' terms and applicable law. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other users' outputs — check important information, especially medical, legal or financial.

Norvilo's intellectual property

The interface, logo, texts and code of the service belong to Norvilo or its licensors. Providers' trademarks belong to their owners.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance and outages at our side or at providers can happen. Support: support@norvilo.sbs and the contact form.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account in settings at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, the acceptable use policy or the law, with notice and a reason unless the law forbids it. You can appeal by writing to support@norvilo.sbs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

We will email you about material changes at least 14 days in advance. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
