Acceptable use policy

Principle

Use Norvilo lawfully, fairly and without harming others. The usage policies of the provider of the model you choose also apply — Norvilo cannot allow what the provider forbids.

Not allowed

• Content or actions that break the law, including fraud, phishing, malware, infringement of others' rights or privacy.
• Sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, instructions for weapons capable of mass harm.
• Deepfakes of real people without their consent; impersonating people or organisations; misleading people that content was made by a human where disclosure is required.
• Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, provider safety filters or our technical protections.
• Sharing, selling or renting your account or API keys, or reselling access to the service.
• Systematically extracting models or collecting outputs to train competing models where the provider forbids it.
• Overloading the service, automated access outside the official API, or vulnerability scanning without written permission.

What we do about violations

Depending on severity, we may warn you, limit features temporarily, suspend or close the account. We tell you about the decision and the reason unless the law forbids it. For clearly illegal activity we may preserve data and report it to the competent authorities as required by law.

Appeals

If you disagree with a decision, write to support@norvilo.sbs within 30 days. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it and reply.

Reporting abuse

Report misuse of the service to support@norvilo.sbs with the subject “Abuse”.
