Your order number starts with ord_ and is shown in your workspace under Billing. Order statuses:

• Created — Order created, payment not started yet.
• Payment started — You went to the payment page.
• Payment being confirmed — We're waiting for the payment provider to confirm the payment.
• Paid — Paid — your plan is active.
• Not paid — The payment did not go through. No money was taken; if it was, write to us.
• Expired — The order wasn't paid in time. Create a new one.
• Refunded — Money returned; the plan for this order has ended.
